Half a Life Story (2023)

When my father got Alzheimer’s, my mother made him a memorial album. I recreated its' 95 photos as drawings, mainly to incorporate them in the montage film Junaiten - a film about my two parents different versions of my father’s life story. 

      The series of drawings have also been shown as an autonomous work. For the second installation of the complete series, I built ten cabinets in seven rows for the drawings. It was shown at Østfold Kunstsenter, autumn 2023.
