Tracks and Traces (2003).

My semi-installation for the exhibition It's Alive! used elements from previous Penalty-Circle Drawings and Following the Sun-project. Both of these dealt with motion, but on different scales. The circle-drawings worked on a “micro-motion” scale, where the smallest blink of an eye or shiver in a finger mattered. The Following-the-Sun-walks worked on a “body in motion-scale”. The installation as a whole had a vibe of examining and dissecting the results of my research so far, without clarifying the aim or drive behind the activity.

It's Alive! was a group exhibition initiated by Andreas Heuch, featuring himself, me, Jan B. Christensen, and Marius von der Fehr. It was shown at Oslo Kunstforening, August 2003.
